What we do not accept
A buying service has to tell you what it will not buy before you pay, not when the goods are already in the warehouse and the money is in the seller's hands.

What goods cannot be bought through a buying service?
A buying service does not accept counterfeit or branded-replica merchandise, products that infringe patents or registered designs, items prohibited from import in the destination country, regulated products that require a licence the service cannot verify, perishable or cold-chain merchandise, and live animals or plants. Lithium batteries can be moved, but only with the UN38.3 test report covering the exact cell and pack model, plus the material safety data sheet. The check is made before the purchase, not after.
Counterfeit or branded-replica merchandise
Nothing that imitates a registered trademark, a logo or a protected model, even if the seller presents it as “factory” or “AAA”. Many Chinese factories produce parallel batches of well-known brands; buying them is an infringement, and the goods are destroyed at customs with no compensation.
Trademark infringement · destruction at destination · importer's legal liability
Products that infringe patents or registered designs
Replicas of products with a protected design, even where no brand is applied. Platforms and customs authorities in the United States and Europe block shipments for design infringement, not only for trademark.
Customs block · claim from the rights holder
Merchandise prohibited from import in the destination country
Every country has its own list. Mexico, Argentina and Brazil prohibit or restrict specific categories: certain products of animal or plant origin, certain chemicals, non-approved communication equipment, and articles subject to health or safety control.
Seizure · fine · unable to clear customs
Batteries and lithium products without transport documentation
We do move lithium-battery products — power banks, TWS earbuds, wearables — but only where the factory can supply the UN38.3 report covering the exact cell and pack model, plus the material safety data sheet. Without those two documents, no airline and no shipping line accepts the cargo.
Transport blocked · goods immobilised in the warehouse
Regulated products requiring a licence we cannot verify
Weapons and their components, ammunition, explosives, chemical precursors, radioactive material, dual-use equipment with export restrictions, and medicines subject to special control. These are not products we can buy within the legal framework in which we operate.
Illegality · risk of unauthorised export
Food, supplements and cosmetics without health registration
These are categories with prior health requirements in all three markets we serve. They can be imported, but only with the corresponding registration or authorisation obtained before production. Without it, the goods do not clear customs and cannot be returned.
Health authority hold · destruction · total loss
Perishable merchandise and cold chain
We do not run a cold chain. A perishable product, or one requiring controlled temperature in transit, is outside what we can guarantee to destination.
Outside our operational scope
Live animals, plants and their parts
They require phytosanitary and zoosanitary certificates, quarantine and country-specific permits. It is a different operation from general cargo logistics.
Quarantine · specific permits
Checking before costs a consultation. Checking after costs the cargo.
When we receive a link, the first thing we do is check that the product can be moved and that its category is not subject to a prior authorisation that nobody has applied for. If there is a problem, we tell you at that moment: nothing has been bought, you have paid nothing and another reference is found.
The alternative — buying first and discovering the problem at shipment — leaves the goods immobilised in our warehouse, the money in the hands of a seller who has already been paid, and the customer with neither product nor refund. We would rather say no in time.
This page is indicative, not exhaustive. Lists of prohibited or restricted goods are the responsibility of each country, change frequently and admit exceptions depending on the use and the applicant. What appears here are general categories based on how we operate; the official check on your specific product is the job of your customs broker and your accountant.
Frequently asked questions about restricted goods
What happens if I send you the link to something you do not accept?
A link in a prohibited category is flagged before anything is bought. We review the link when it arrives and, if the product falls into any of the categories we do not move, we tell you and it is not purchased. There is no cost to you, because nothing has been spent. What we never do is buy it and tell you afterwards: at that point the money has already been paid to the seller and recovering it depends on their goodwill.
How do I know whether my product needs prior approval in Mexico, Argentina or Brazil?
The reliable way is to check the tariff classification of the product and find out which authorities besides customs have jurisdiction over that category. In Mexico, NOM standards and health or telecommunications permits cover a large part of regulated consumer goods. In Argentina and Brazil, the categories involving another agency are similar. If you are unsure, tell us what the product is and we will tell you what we have seen in comparable cases — but official confirmation comes from your customs broker and your accountant.
Can lithium batteries be imported?
Yes, and it is in fact one of our strong categories. The condition is documentary: the manufacturer must be able to supply the UN38.3 test report corresponding to the exact cell and pack model, and the material safety data sheet. In addition, depending on the watt-hour capacity, air transport may be restricted and the sea route becomes the only viable option. We check this before buying, not after.
What if the manufacturer tells me its product “has no problems” at customs?
A manufacturer has neither the information nor the incentive to answer that rigorously: its obligation ends when the goods leave its door. Responsibility for the product meeting the destination country's requirements lies with the importer, that is, with you, and that is why it is worth verifying before production. We help you identify what applies, but we do not replace your customs broker's judgement.
Do you accept own-brand products if I hold the registration?
Yes. If you hold the trademark registration or an authorisation from the rights holder, and the product does not imitate or copy another company's, it can be manufactured under your brand without any problem. What we do not accept is another party's trademark being reproduced without authorisation.
Unsure about a specific product?
Send us the link before anything else. We tell you whether we can move it, what documentation it needs and whether its category is subject to prior approval in your country.
