Who processes your data

What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or any other channel:

• Contact details: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Destination country and city for the goods.
• Information about your order: product, quantity, links to wholesale platforms, photographs, specifications and documents you decide to share with us.
• The correspondence we exchange with you.

We do not collect payment data. We do not process card payments on this website and we do not store card numbers, bank accounts or financial credentials.

What the website collects on its own

This site is static and deliberately minimal when it comes to data:

• We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
• We do not use analytics tools that profile individual visitors.
• There are no third-party requests. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so the site does not contact any external domain while you browse it.
• WhatsApp links are the only exception, and only if you choose to click one: they open the WhatsApp app or site, whose data handling is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not this one.

What we use your data for

• Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote.
• Finding suppliers, negotiating prices and placing orders in your name.
• Coordinating inspection, consolidation and transport of the goods.
• Issuing commercial and transport documentation.
• Meeting applicable legal, accounting and customs obligations.

We do not use your data to send you commercial communications you have not asked for, and we do not sell it or pass it on for advertising purposes.

Who it is shared with

Your data is shared only with the third parties needed to carry out the order you place with us:

• Suppliers and factories, with the data strictly necessary to produce and deliver your order (delivery address, specifications, labelling).
• Carriers and freight agents, for international transport.
• Customs brokers, customs agents or authorised customs agencies in the destination country, for import clearance.
• Accounting and tax advisers, where the law requires it.

We do not transfer your data to any other third party without your consent, except where legally required.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data and order documentation for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and customs obligations. Data from enquiries that never become an order is kept while there is a legitimate interest in handling a possible later enquiry, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability and objection to a specific processing operation. Write to us at jackc8801@gmail.com and we reply within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority that applies in your country of residence.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you entrust to us: restricted access to correspondence and order documentation, use of encrypted channels, and verification through an independent channel of any change to bank details. No system is infallible, and if we detected an incident affecting your data we would tell you without undue delay.
